Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation on Website by Customer

A customer can cancel an order anytime up to the time the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the applicable laws or terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the Customer. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them in future or also reserves the right to cancel any orders placed by such customers.

Returns

Given that we are dealing with Ayurvedic products our company follows a no return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchange if the product we have delivered is received by you in a For damaged productreported within 2 working days related redressals please contact customer service at +91 9897691557 within two (2) working days of the product being delivered.

Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and ensure to provide receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal. Company expect you to follow the given conditions:-
  • Return should be received within 9 days of dispatch With both goods and all packaging in their original condition.
  • Securely wrapped.
  • Including our delivery slip.
  • At your risk and cost.

Refunds

If the order has been cancelled, refund will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 days. Please note that certain banks take longer than this period for amount to reflect in your account. If you are sending back a damaged product, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credited to your bank account details provided by you for the purpose of refunds.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
